Blocked some comments. I don't really have anything more to add to the subject than what I've written under here.
I did not trace or even reference this at all, but there isn't really any way to prove it is there? Apparently it's been reported, so I'll just have to see how this whole thing plays out. I honestly don't know what to do.

I guess normally I'd just block this kind of comment but I feel that's kind of cowardly, I'll just copy what I replied to it, and you can judge by yourself if you think I stole this or if it's just silly.
''Seriously, Their pose anatomy and drawing style are all different except for the derpy legs. I don't really know what you're suggesting I did here, if you mean I traced it in which case would only be the legs, well then you can obviously see that they're not the perfect copied shape they would be if I actually traced it, they're fat and thin on different places, and her left foot (in your mirrored version) is almost completely different from the other drawing, the knee is not placed the same and the rest of her leg does not at all bend the same.

If you're suggesting I took referencing from this, then it's really so different from the original image that it shouldn't be such a crime. Waist up it's a completely different pose, and the characteristics like the whole face is completely different.
I did not take any reference from this, but I guess there's no real way to prove that, as I said though, even if I did it's so different that it shouldn't be a real problem, it's not called referencing anymore at that point, it's more at the border of inspired.

They're also both completely generic anime character poses, so this whole thing in itself is almost silly''</sub>
